It is our honor to inaugurate the fifth international congress of ISCS and we are thankful to German society of cardiac surgeons for their much closed collaboration.

Nowadays organizing the international congresses all over the world keep the level of the scientific activities and understanding, updating and would be the main factor of distributing the knowledge in all branches, so our suggestion is the gathering of people around the world for sharing their knowledge is the best way to make peaceful world.
